At the checkout you will be invited to choose a delivery date that is convenient to you. We are able to deliver a large selection of products within 2 working days and aim to have all orders delivered within 10 working days. In the unlikely event that we are unable to make delivery on your chosen date we will contact you to make alternative delivery arrangements. Goods can only be delivered to the UK mainland. We do not deliver to the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.
The product page will advise of the lowest delivery charge. An enhanced delivery service may be available and this can be checked by entering your postcode on the checkout page.
Additional security checks may be carried out before your delivery date to ensure our customers are protected from on-line fraud. You may, therefore, be contacted before your delivery so these checks can be carried out.
We aim to contact our customers within 48hrs should we be unable to meet your requested delivery date. You will also be contacted should we have to order your product direct from the manufacturer; we will keep you up to date with the progress of your order. Any orders placed for white goods should be delivered within 10 working days of the order date (subject to stock availability).
All goods delivered must be checked by you and any damages and/or shortages should be reported to us by email or telephone within 48 hrs of receipt of the order. We also advise you to make a note of any such issues on the carriers consignment note when you sign for the order.
You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days, from date of delivery. You must notify us in writing of your intention to cancel during this period, by either:

You must return the goods supplied to us for a full refund. All goods must be returned to Homecinematv, Inspections Dept, 3 Fison Way, Thetford, Norfolk, IP24 1HT, at your own expense within 7 days of your notice to cancel. Providing the goods are returned in the original "as new condition"*, complete with all packaging and accessories (including any free gifts / accessories supplied) you will receive a full refund (less any delivery and /or collection charges) within 30 days of giving us your notice to cancel.
We are unable to accept back goods for a credit if they are unwanted gifts or non-faulty items seven days after the purchase date.
