We offer a comprehensive range on the website, however it is not always possible to have every product available on the site. Can I have my purchase delivered to my work address/other address?

Yes for orders placed online there is a facility to enter a billing address and a separate delivery address. This service is available for online orders only.

What options do you offer for payment?

At homecinematv.co.uk we accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. We do not compromise on security as the web site does not hold any of your personal details, has the latest 128-bit encryption and is hosted by a Company, which also provides similar services to the Police. Your payments are made via Barclays Merchant Services so carry the full protection of their systems.

We also accept payment by cheque and postal order. We use Equifax Cheque Services, a division of Equifax Plc, to guarantee any cheque.

When will my goods be delivered?

Most stock items are delivered within 2-5 working days from clearance of payment with the exception of larger TV's, plasma and LCD displays. Delivery of these goods is within 14 days subject to stock availability. Standard delivery is an all day call, however it is possible in most cases to pay an additional charge and request an AM delivery. This option is not available on the website, if you wish to upgrade please call 0870 1439 682.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver goods in the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man , most products however are available for delivery in Northern Ireland . To check delivery and the related costs please enter your delivery postcode on the product page. The site will calculate the charge for you.

Yes, we can offer extended warranty protection on the majority of products. The exact cost of the extended warranty is shown on the product page. The scheme is provided by Domestic and General Insurance Company Limited who are specialists in providing breakdown cover.

What do I do should I have a complaint?

At Homecinematv.co.uk we are committed to providing quality products backed up with good pre and after sales service. We know that from time to time things do not always go according to plan. In the event that we have not met with your expectations please contact us on 0870 1439 682 or via e-mail to webservice@homecinematv.co.uk . We will be happy to deal with your complaint, and at the same time learn from our mistakes. In the unlikely event we cannot reach an acceptable outcome we will pass your complaint to one of our management team to resolve.

Is it possible to cancel my order?

You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days following the day after the date of delivery and return the goods supplied to us for a full refund. You must notify us in writing during this period of your intention to cancel by either:

Should you wish to cancel your order, any goods supplied must be returned to HomeCinemaTV, 259 Felixstowe Road, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP3 9BN, at your own expense within 7 days of your notice to cancel. Providing the goods are returned in original condition complete with all packaging, in an As new condition* and all accessories including any free gifts you will receive a full refund, less any delivery and/or collection charges, within 30 days of giving us your notice to cancel. We are unable to accept back goods for a credit if they are unwanted gifts or non-faulty items 7 days after the purchase date.

We are unable to accept back for refund the following product types unless they are faulty or were supplied as part of the main product purchase;

* As New Condition is defined as un-used and if the box has been opened then the product must be placed back in the undamaged original box without causing damage to the product or packaging.

Do you have a price promise?

Price Promise applies to an identical product found at electrical retailers only, in stock, boxed with the same offer at a better price within 7 days. Written details on request.

My delivery has not arrived

Most items are delivered within two to five working days. Please note that larger screen TV's are normally delivered within fourteen working days. If you have not received your order within the specified time-scale provided please contact our Sales Department 0870 1439 682.

What if my product is received damaged or incomplete?

It is your responsibility to check your goods upon delivery for shortages or damage and to make a note of such on the carriers consignment note when you sign for the goods. You will also need to notify us within 24 hours of delivery. This can be done by calling our sales department on 0870 1439 682 or via e-mailing us on sales@homecinematv.co.uk.

Wrong item received

In the unlikely event of receiving an item other than that originally ordered, please call on 0870 1439 682 within 24 hours of delivery.

Trouble free ordering

When ordering via the website please make sure that the name and address are entered as they appear on you statement. This will prevent an error message Reference 502 please contact the retailer. Appearing when entering through the EPDQ payment gateway.
