Our Service Pledge

Plugonit is committed to providing excellent after-sales service. We are qualified to repair nearly all brands of electrical products and employ dedicated professionals who do just that.

It is our hope that you come back time and time again. We know that to retain your custom we will need to offer great products at competitive price and back it all up with a quality service.

The products offered for sale are supplied with a minimum 12 month guarantee (unless stated otherwise). From time to time we may have promotions on products offering 3, 5 or even 10 year guarantees.

In the unlikely event of a fault within the guarantee period we respectfully request that you consult the FAQ section of the instruction manual which can often resolve the problem for you.

If the fault occurs within 28 days of the date of purchase we can arrange for either an exchange or, if you would prefer, a full refund.

If the fault occurs after 28 days of the date of purchase, but is within the manufacturers guarantee period, the product will either be collected for inspection and repair (if necessary) at our service centre, or alternatively we will instruct an engineer to inspect and repair the product in your home. Either one of these solutions will be at our discretion.

Major kitchen appliances and televisions over 42" will be repaired by our agent in your home. The engineer may need to take away the product for a workshop repair. Should this be the case we will keep you updated with the progress of your repair.

Any goods that are to be collected for return must be suitably packaged and protected for transit by you. Plugonit does not accept responsibility for damage caused due to inadequate packaging.

Should any returned items be found not to be faulty we reserve the right to charge any service and/or carriage charges to you.
 
In the event of a fault outside the guarantee period, we do provide a chargeable repair service, please contact us for further information.
